Yesterday was a tapering day for chest and triceps.

First:

bench:5 sets of 5 at 135

3 sets of 5 at 185

3 sets of 5 pause reps with a 5 second pause at 155

Second:

Close grip bench:

3 sets of 5 close grip at 135

Skull crusher:

3 sets of 12-15 reps at 45

Dips:

5 sets of 10 dips

Multi grip bench:

3 sets of 5 reps at all 3 different grips at 135
