Plan and Implement adaptive exercise programs for individuals with Neurological disorders. I have started and been running a Cardio Class, which has quickly become a very popular class. I have had four student interns in the past as well as given a presentation to potential student interns. 

Worked closely with Physical Therapists to physically step patients with Spinal Cord or Brain Injuries to assist with relearning the walking (gait) pattern. Designed and programmed function electromagnetic stimulation programs to activate muscles during the gait pattern.

First contact with all students and faculty  at the University of Northern Colorado. answered phone calls, scheduled meeting in microsoft outlook, lead and informed students who came to our facility, to utilize their accommodation, on how to do so.
